5. Fresh perspective

A part-time CFO can bring a fresh perspective to a company's financial strategy and help identify new opportunities for growth.

6. Mentorship

What makes us different?

Knowledgeable – We have decades of experience in entrepreneurship, private accounting practice, and large operations that have provided us with the experience to help navigate through the biggest challenges.

Personable – Bean-counter types aren’t known for their interpersonal skills.  Our easy-going but professional approach has been a key differentiator for both of us, and has been a big reason for our success. We value personal relationships, and that is a big reason we have decided to create JE&Co. We’re a company, but we’re also people, and we know you are too.

Committed – We’re as committed as you are.  We recognize and appreciate the attachment one has for their creation, and will work with the same drive and commitment that you do.

Diverse Skillset – We have direct, hands on experience doing pretty well everything a finance person could be asked to do.  We’ve worked in small, medium and large organizations, run every facet of a high functioning finance department, and worked in private practice and assurance.  This means not only have we seen most issues before, but also from differing perspectives.  This gives us the opportunity to support your business in a highly efficient, effective way, and bring solutions that help drive growth.

Empathetic – Our diverse backgrounds mean that we have likely been in your situation before, or something resembling it.  This allows us to approach issues with empathy and compassion, building relationships along the way.  This is why we present ourselves, and not a non-description corporate masthead.
